Kirsch Series | Granby, CO | Construction Progress
If you’re curious about the best restaurant in Granby just ask anyone on our field crew. We might be from Buffalo, but this secluded Colorado town is quickly becoming our second home. We put up two houses in the early 2020s, then the guys returned in December of 2024 to brave the bitter cold for this Olive ten miles north of downtown.
In June 2025 it was already time to come back (why do we even leave?) to erect a Kirsch on a beautiful piece of land with outstanding mountain views. We’re already looking forward to the next job in Granby, although truth be told we much prefer working in June to December!
