This morning we hit Allegany Mountain Resort in Ellicottville, NY with a five man crew, a truck load of support timbers, and a trailer of structural insulated panels
with plans to construct a Snack Shack style service structure adjacent to one of our previous builds — a massive pavilion on the shores of Rainbow Lake. Noticeably absent from our operation today was any heavy equipment for hoisting our materials during assembly. Instead we relied on old school manpower, a hand operated come-a-long winch, and a mild weather day to get the job done.
