We build homes that last hundreds of years. So before we ship our timbers, we ask ourselves:

THE JOB

We’re not making rubber duckies or filling landfills full of plastic.

You’ll be running your tools over a thousand pound stick of Eastern White Pine that’s gonna spend the next few hundred years in an earth-friendly house overlooking Yellowstone National Park.

Your typical responsibilities include:

• Sand and stain huge wood timbers to prep them for life in our homes
• Operate handheld planers, sanders, and brushes
• Arrange timbers for storage and shipment with a small forklift
• Come home smelling like pine, Douglas fir, and cedar

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strength, mobility, and coordination to operate handheld sanders and planers and to work on your feet all day
• Organized work habits
• Ability to learn how to operate a small forklift
• Extreme attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
• Upbeat, positive attitude
