Mini Burke Series | Orchard Park, NY | Construction Progress

Inspired by The Burke, this ADU was thoughtfully designed to blend into the rolling landscape of the golf course. Perched along the 9th green at Harvest Hill Golf Course, it serves as the first of what we hope will become a series of similar homes tucked along the fairways.

Though modest in footprint—just under 1,200 square feet—this home lives large in presence and livability. This particular version sits atop a full basement, but with two bedrooms conveniently located on the main floor, it’s equally well suited for a slab-on-grade foundation. Ideal for empty nesters or Western New York snowbirds, it offers a simple yet refined retreat for the summer months.
