Our plans have been developed to take advantage of our hybrid timber and SIP construction method while maintaining quality, functionality and beauty. We'd like to credit Trish Bailey from Bailey and Harris Architects as well as MossCreek Rustic Home Designers for collaborating with us on several of our designs.

One of the biggest questions we're asked is, "Are your floor plans flexible?" Absolutely. We understand that our floor plans aren't going to fit everyone's needs. That's why we have a couple options for you

You can use our plans as a starting point Bid Set:

If you found one of our plans that comes close to what you're looking for, lets start with that. Our designers will work with you to modify some spaces to fit your needs. This option is usually the most economical since we're only making minor changes. Click here to see an example!

We can start from scratchDesign Development:

Have your own ideas? Let us get a pencil and paper. We'll start with the basics using napkin sketches and bubble diagrams to develop spacial orientation. We can turn these sketches into plans that you can take to a contractor for estimating. Click here to see an example!

Regardless of which route you decide to take, Timberbuilt will make sure your home is tailored to suite your wants and needs. Always artful. Always rugged. Always green.
